Juicy strawberries coated in creamy yogurt, chilled to a refreshing frozen treat topped with nuts, coconut, or chocolate bits.
# What You’ll Need:
→ Fruit
01 - 8 large fresh strawberries
→ Yogurt Coating
02 - 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (240 g)
03 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
→ Garnish (optional)
05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, or hazelnuts)
06 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
07 - 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
# How To Make It:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Wash and pat dry the strawberries. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise to form half-circles.
03 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract if desired, stirring until smooth.
04 - Hold each strawberry half by the cut side and dip the rounded side halfway into the yogurt, allowing excess to drip off.
05 - Place the dipped strawberry halves cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Optionally sprinkle immediately with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or mini chocolate chips.
07 - Continue dipping and garnishing remaining strawberry halves.
08 - Freeze the baking sheet for 1 hour or until the yogurt hardens.
09 - Serve frozen or transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen until serving.
