# How To Make It:
01 - Slice apples into thin wedges, toss with lemon juice to prevent browning, and arrange in a circular pattern on a serving platter, leaving center space for the dip.
02 - Combine brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture gently boils, then cook for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
03 - Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and let cool for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
04 - Pour caramel dip into a small bowl and place in the center of the apple slices. Serve immediately, using apple slices to dip.
