# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

05 - Divide dough into two. Roll each portion on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut snowflake shapes with cookie cutters and place on baking sheets. Reroll scraps to maximize yield.
06 - Brush crackers lightly with beaten egg. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and seeds if desired.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and crisp, rotating sheets halfway through for uniform browning.
