08 - ½ cup water

13 - 1 cup water
14 - ½ cup granulated sugar
15 - 1 cup fresh mint leaves

→ Peach Syrup

16 - 1 cup peaches, peeled and chopped (fresh or frozen)
17 - ½ cup water
18 - ½ cup granulated sugar

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine lemon juice and granulated sugar in a large pitcher. Stir until sugar dissolves fully. Add cold water and mix well. Chill until ready for presentation.
02 - For each fruit syrup, place fruit, sugar, and water into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Mash fruit gently to release juices, then strain syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a jar, discarding solids. Allow to cool before use.
03 - In a saucepan, combine water with granulated sugar. Simmer while stirring until sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat, add mint leaves, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain syrup into a jar and cool.
04 - Arrange chilled lemonade in a beverage dispenser. Place prepared syrups in labeled bottles or jars. Set out garnishes such as lemon slices, mint sprigs, ice, and glassware for self-service.
05 - Pour lemonade into a glass over ice. Stir in preferred syrup (1–2 tablespoons per glass). Garnish as desired.

# Best Practices:

01 -
  • This lemonade bar is the ultimate crowd-pleaser& letting everyone make their drink exactly as juicy or tangy as they wish.
  • You can prep the syrups ahead& then sit back as the party takes care of itself& freeing you up to mingle.
02 -
  • If you skimp on chilling the syrups, they turn watery when added to the lemonade& costing you the punchy flavor.
  • Mashing the fruit too forcefully can make the syrup cloudy& so gentle pressure is key for a syrup that stays vibrant.
03 -
  • Don’t let syrups boil too vigorously& simmering preserves their color and flavor.
  • Chilling lemonade before the party ensures it won’t dilute when guests add ice.
