06 - 3 cups baby spinach

13 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
14 - ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Seasonings

15 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How To Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion; sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
02 - Add sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute to release their flavor.
03 - Pour in uncooked pasta, vegetable broth, heavy cream, and whole milk. Stir well to ensure the pasta is submerged.
04 - Sprinkle in dried Italian herb mix, salt, and black pepper. Bring mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer uncovered, stirring frequently, for 10 to 12 minutes, until pasta is al dente and sauce thickens.
05 - Stir in baby spinach and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until wilted.
06 - Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
07 - Fold in chopped fresh basil and parsley. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
08 - Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes if preferred.

02 -
  • Use oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes drained for best flavor
  • Do not overcook pasta to maintain creamy sauce consistency
03 -
  • Keep stirring during simmer to prevent pasta from sticking
  • Add fresh herbs last to maintain their bright flavor
